The present petition has been filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.35 dated 07.12.2021 registered under Sections 323, 342, 377, 406, 498-A, 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (Section 377 IPC removed, Sections 75 & 77 of Juvenile Justice Act, 2015 and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961 added later on) at Police Station Women Kurukshetra.

Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from SI Taro, states that the petitioner has since joined investigation and is fully cooperating and that he is no longer required for further custodial interrogation as of now.

In view of the above, the order dated 03.02.2022 is made absolute. The petitioner shall, however, join investigation as and when called for. The petitioner shall also abide by all the terms and conditions as specified under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. 5.

Disposed off accordingly. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
