(ORAL) This is a petition that has been filed for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.61 dated 16.05.2017 under Sections 379-B, 34 IPC registered at Police Station Sujanpur, District Pathankot. Learned counsel for the petitioner would contend that the petitioner herein has been falsely implicated in the said FIR as initially the FIR was registered against three unknown persons. The investigation is complete and the challan stands presented. The petitioner is in custody since 17.05.2017. No recovery is to be effected from the petitioner and therefore, custodial interrogation of the petitioner would no longer be required.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent-State opposes grant of bail to the petitioner by contending that no ground for grant of bail to the petitioner is made out.
