**** VIVEK PURI,J. (ORAL) Reply by way of affidavit of Saurav Jindal, PPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police City-II, Patiala on behalf of the respondent-State has been filed and the same is taken on record.

Petitioner is seeking issuance of direction to respondent Nos.1 to 3 to take appropriate action against respondent Nos.4 and 5 in the case bearing FIR No. 321 dated 07.10.2020, under Sections 363/354/506 IPC and Section 8 of POCSO Act, registered at Police Station Tripri Patiala. Learned State counsel has pointed out that in the instant case, a cancellation report has been moved in the Court of Illaqa Magistrate, Patiala which is pending disposal.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has sought to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file protest petition in accordance with law before the Illaqa Magistrate who is seized of the cancellation report.
