MANJARI NEHRU KAUL, J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.170 dated 28.12.2019 under Sections 498-A, 406 IPC registered at Police Station Chhajli, District Sangrur.
Learned counsel for the petitioner that in compliance of order dated 15.11.2021, the petitioner had joined investigation and cooperated with the investigating agency. He further submits that the dispute stands amicably settled between the parties. Therefore, the present petition be allowed. Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Pinjor Singh, does not dispute the factum of the petitioner having joined investigation and cooperated with the investigating agency.
