(ORAL) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. is for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 0023 dated 06.12.2021 registered under Sections 498-A, 406 and 506 IPC at Police Station Women, Police District Ludhiana (Rural).

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the interim bail granted to the petitioner by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide dated 27.01.2022, has been confirmed by this Court vide order dated 31.01.2023. The parties were also referred for mediation to explore the possibility of an amicable settlement between them. Learned counsel for the parties inform that mediation between the parties has failed.

In view of the above, no further direction is required to be issued in the matter.
