Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and while refraining from expressing any opinion as regards the veracity of averments made in the petition, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3Senior Superintendent of Police, Mansa to ensure that the matter pertaining to FIR No.6 dated 13.2.2019 under Sections 420, 120-B IPC, Police Station Joga, District Mansa is got investigated expeditiously in accordance with law so that a final report is submitted thereafter at the earliest.

A copy of this order be sent to respondent No.3- Senior Superintendent of Police, Mansa so as to enable him to do the needful expeditiously.
