(Through Video Conferencing) **** ANOOP CHITKARA,J (ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the next date for recording of statement of the complainant before the learned trial Court is 22.02.2022.

Given above, whenever she asks for protection, the concerned SHO will provide the same without any questions till the recording of her statement. In case, the matter is deferred on that day due to any reason then the protection shall be given till her statement is recorded. This Court requests the trial curt to expedite the recording of complainant's statement. With the aforesaid directions, the present petition is allowed.
