There is second appeal pending with reference to the preliminary decree for partition which has been passed. There was a objection taken at the stage of execution that there is a direction given before the Executing Court for payment of certain sums while executing the decree. The petitioner is aggrieved agaisnt the direction. His remedy shall be only to seek for stay any proceeding before the Executing Court in the second appeal which is pending and he cannot open a new front by filing a civil revision against the order already passed.

The order is sustained but with liberty to the petitioner to seek for appropriate direction in the second appeal which is pending. The revision petition is dismissed.
