RITU BAHRI, J.(Oral) Petitioner has completed his Master of Art in Psychology and completed his Master of Philosphy in Psychology in July, 2008. He completed his PHD in 2014. The petitioner worked as Extension Lecturer in Psychology from 2006 to 2016, as per experience certificate (P-2 colly). The claim of the petitioner has been rejected vide letter dated 26.11.2019 on the ground that her experience certificate cannot be treated to be eligible. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the workload is still available in respondent No. 3 to 15 and he be allowed liberty to approach respondent Nos. 3 to 15 for his adjustment. Issue notice of motion.

On asking of the Court, Mr. Kiran Pal Singh, AAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State.
