(Oral) These two petitions have been filed against two orders of the Rent Controller, Ludhiana whereby one application for amendment of the written statement filed by the petitioner was disallowed and another application for amendment of the rent petition filed by the respondent was allowed.

CR No. 258 of 2018 (O&M)+connected case 2.The Civil Revision No. 944 of 2018 stands dismissed. However, the dismissal of the CR No. 944 of 2018 would be subject to the condition that as regards premises in dispute the respondent would have to establish bona fide need of his son for the same. Since the main cases have been decided, the pending civil miscellaneous application, if any, also stands disposed of.
