Present:

CORAM:HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE K. KANNAN 1.
Whether Reporters of local papers may be allowed to see the judgment ?
2.
To be referred to the Reporters or not ?
3.
Whether the judgment should be reported in the Digest? -.- K. KANNAN J. (ORAL) 1.
There is no justification for the defendant to file a revision against the order which has merely recorded the fact that the defendant is closing his evidence and posted the case for arguments. The defendant is at liberty to file an application for reopening the case if he has some documents to file. He cannot file a revision against an order passed on an admission made that he was closing the side. 2.
The revision petition is dismissed but with above liberty to approach the trial Court for appropriate orders. (K. KANNAN) JUDGE May 14, 2015 Pankaj* PANKAJ KUMAR 2015.05.14 16:21 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
