SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) The instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.33, dated 08.02.2021, under Sections 307, 324, 323, 341, 427, 148, 149 and 506 of the IPC, registered at Police Station Division No.3, Ludhiana.

This Court vide order dated 21.01.2022, while issuing notice of motion, granted the concession of interim bail to the petitioner, subject to his joining the investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance to the order dated 21.01.2022, the petitioner has joined the investigation. Learned State counsel does not controvert the said fact. However on instructions from ASI Pawanjit Singh, he submits that further custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required. In view of the above, the order dated 21.01.2022 is made MEENU 2023.01.25 18:01 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document.
