Present petition has been filed by the petitioner for quashing of the complaint No.COMI No.120 dated 05.10.2019, titled as "Satnam Singh versus Parminder Singh and another", under Sections 420, 406 and 120-B, and the summoning order dated 05.10.2024 issued by learned JMIC, Moga, pending for 12.12.2024.

Admittedly, at the first instance, petitioner has not approached to the Court of Sessions, by filing revision petition for the purpose of challenging the complaint/summoning order.

Therefore, counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to file a revision petition before the Court of Sessions. However, he prays for early disposal of the revision petition on merits, without adhering to the delay, in filing of the same. 4.

Taking into consideration the assertion made by counsel for the petitioner, present petition is disposed of as having been withdrawn. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the complaint/summoning order within a period of three weeks from today, and on filing such revision petition within the specified period, same would be disposed of finally on merits, in accordance with law, by the revisional Court, within the period of next three months.
