-.- AMIT RAWAL J. (ORAL) During the course of hearing, it has been brought to the notice of this Court that the proceedings under Section 10-A of the Punjab Village Commons Land Act, 1961 initiated by the Gram Panchayat resulted into order dated 03.02.2017 where it was found that lease was for one year and has already been determined. Subsequent lessee i.e. respondent No.2 Rajesh had already stepped into. Though a passing reference of the aforementioned order was given by the lower Appellate Court but in the present revision petition or in the contempt petition, factum of the order dated PANKAJ KUMAR 2019.04.05 14:15 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

C.R. No.2662 of 2017 (O&M) -203.02.2017 has not been disclosed.

Mr. Jaivir Singh Chandel, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent No.1 in COCP No.2501 of 2017 has filed reply on behalf of Surajbhan, Sarpanch, who is present in Court in pursuance to previous order.

When this Court was about to dismiss the revision petition as well as contempt petition with some direction and observation, learned counsel for the petitioner sought liberty of this Court for withdrawal of both the revision petition and the contempt petition.

Ordered accordingly.
