' Indisputably, the petitioner was declared a proclaimed offender but was re-arrested only after a considerable gap. Assuming the ground for his absence before the learned trial Court to be correct, even then the fact remains that during his period of absconding, 03 more FIRs have been registered against him.
There is no denial to the said fact from the petitioner's side. Moreover, having had his complicity in the repeated offences, the petitioner is not entitled to the concession of regular bail, which of course, if granted would pave a way to him to involve himself in another similar offences.
