(Oral) At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the civil suit, filed before the Court below, relating to which an application under Order 9 Rule 13 CPC was allowed vide the impugned Award has been dismissed in default, vide order dated 22.12.2022. In the given circumstances, learned counsel for the petitioners does not want to pursue with the instant revision petition, which may be dismissed as withdrawn.
