(Oral) Counsel for the State has filed the affidavit of the Haryana Staff Selection Commission, Panchkula, to submit that the claim of the petitioner cannot be accepted as the petitioner obtained 45 marks, which is much below the last candidate shortlisted, who obtained 65 marks. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
