The revision petition is against the order of dismissal of the application filed for rejection of the plaint. The suit had been filed for partition and for injunction not to damage or alienate the property. The plaintiff is seeking for joint possession treating himself to be in joint possession when relief for partition was sought. There is no need for payment of ad valorem court fee on the market value in the manner objected to by the petitioner in his application for rejection of the plaint.
2.
The application is correctly dismissed and there is no scope for interference. The revision petition is dismissed. (K. KANNAN) JUDGE May 20, 2016 Pankaj* PANKAJ KUMAR 2016.05.24 11:41 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
