Present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for seeking pre-arrest bail to the petitioner(s) in case FIR No. 414 dated 10.12.2018, registered under Section(s) 15 of the Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 at Police Station Madhuban, District Karnal. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the petitioner has since joined the investigation and he is not required for further investigation in any way. Thus, he be released on pre-arrest bail. Learned counsel for the respondent-State, on instructions, affirmed the fact that the petitioner has joined the investigation and he is not required for any further investigation.
