(Oral) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in case having FIR No.169 dated 21.9.2021 registered under Sections 308, 341, 323, 148, 149 IPC at Police Station City-II District Mansa. Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has joined investigation with the police in the light of previous order dated 10.3.2022 passed by this Court. Counsel further submits that the matter has been compromised between the parties.

( 2 ) CRM-M-2579-2022 State counsel on instructions ASI Guljit Singh has not refuted the aforesaid assertions made by the counsel for the petitioner. The State counsel further submitted that now the petitioner is not required by police for further investigation or for custodial interrogation and the recovery has already been effected in this case.

In view of the above and without commenting on the merits of the case, present petition is allowed and order dated 10.3.2022 is hereby made absolute. The petitioner should abide by the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
