**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J.(Oral) CM-1401-CWP-2022 For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. Additional document i.e. Legal notice dated 22.01.2022 (Annexure P-10) is taken on record, subject to all just exceptions.

CWP-1129-2022 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that payments in respect of the work have already been released, but interest on the delayed payment has not been released so far.

 Precisely for the prayer in question, petitioner has also got issued legal notice dated 22.01.2022 (Annexure P-10). Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at this stage, the petitioner would be satisfied in case its legal notice dated 22.01.2022 is ordered to be decided within a specified period in accordance with law.

The prayer is innocuous enough to be accepted in view of above.

Notice of motion.

On asking of the Court, Mr. Vivek Chauhan, Addl. A.G., Haryana accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.1 and 2. In view of nature of order which this Court proposes to pass, there is no necessity of serving respondent No.3 or calling upon any response from it as no order prejudicial to its interests is being passed.

Since the legal notice sent by the petitioner is pending before the respondents, therefore, this petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 i.e. Municipal Corporation, Bhiwani to have a glance over the claim of the petitioner in respect of interest and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law preferably within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

If respondent No.3 comes to the conclusion that the petitioner-firm is entitled for the amount in question then the
