***** RAJBIR SEHRAWAT, J. (ORAL) This is a petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India praying for setting aside the impugned order dated 04.10.2022 (Annexure P-7) passed by the Additional District Judge, Bhiwani, whereby the interim stay order dated 29.11.2018 (Annexure P-5) has been vacated. It has been pointed out by the learned counsel for the respondent that the main appeal, from which the order impugned in the present petition emerged; itself has been listed for final arguments on 17.07.2023. The respondent will not seek any adjournment in the said appeal.

In view of the above, it is for the petitioners only; to get their appeal decided by the lower Appellate Court by making submissions on the date already fixed before the lower Appellate Court.

Accordingly, this Court does not find any reason to continue with the present petition.

Dismissed.
