Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter has been amicably resolved between the parties. Vacant peaceful possession of the demised premises has been handed over to the respondent-landlord and proceedings before the learned executing court have been withdrawn. Certified copy of order dated 04.05.2019 passed by the learned Additional Civil Judge(Senior Division), Hodal alongwith the statements of the parties, furnished in Court today, is taken on record subject to just exceptions. It is submitted that in view of the settlement, the petitioner does not want to pursue this petition.

Revision petition is accordingly dismissed as not pressed. ( LISA GILL ) May 14 , 2019.
