Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for transfer of investigation of case FIR No. 308 dated 24.11.2018, registered under Sections 452, 379, 447, 427, 148 & 149 IPC at Police Station Sidhwan Bet, District Ludhiana to some other agency.

Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly conceded that by now petitioner has not approached the higher police authority in this regard and no representation has been made so far.

In view of above, present petition stands dismissed. However, petitioner shall be at liberty to approach this Court if his representation made to the higher police authority is not considered within a reasonable time. (Shekher Dhawan) Judge January 17, 2019 "DK"
