There is simply no scope for intervention for exercise of discretion in favour of the plaintiff that the costs which was imposed already have not been paid and that the plaintiff was asking for the defence to be struck off. It is inconsequential order for the trial to continue with no more fuss. There is no justification for the plaintiff to arrive at this Court by means of revision petition. 2.
The revision petition is dismissed.
