Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that representation dated 22.08.2016 moved by the petitioner has not been decided within a period of four months in compliance of order dated 21.03.2017 passed in CWP-2899-2017.
Instant petition is beyond the period of limitation as provided under Section 20 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, as such, no reason is made out to initiate any proceedings on this petition. Dismissed.
