**** HARKESH MANUJA, J. (ORAL) The limited prayer made before this Court is that representation dated 05.12.2022 has been moved at the instance of the petitioners to Superintendent of Police, Narnaul which has not been considered so far. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in fact, it is petitioner No.2 who has taken the shop in question on rent from the original owner vide rent deed dated 06.06.2014 and is being harassed at the instance of respondent No.2.

In view of the aforesaid it would be appreciated in case, the Superintendent of Police, Narnaul, considers the representation dated 05.12.2022 (Annexure P-2, Page 12) before submission of challan in the present FIR.

Disposed of accordingly.
