Present petition under Section 115 CPC for setting aside order dated 13.3.2015, passed by learned District Judge, Mewat whereby application, filed by the petitioner/appellant under Order 41 Rule 3A CPC, was dismissed.
Learned counsel for the respondent submitted that execution petition has already been disposed of by the Court below having been rendered infructuous.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that possession of the property is still with the present petitioner and as such present petition has not become infructuous.

Civil Revision No. 3116 of 2015 In view of the fact that present petition is challenge to the order dated 13.3.2015, passed by learned District Judge, Mewat and execution petition was filed in pursuant to that. The said execution petition has already been disposed of by the Court below as having been rendered infructuous. As such, present petition is not maintainable and the same also stands dismissed.
