JUSTICE GURVINDER SINGH GILL Present:- Ms. Sunita Gupta, Advocate for Mr. Mohammad Arhsad, Advocate for the petitioner. ***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) The learned counsel contends that although FIR No.204 dated 9.11.2019 registered at Police Station Bichhor, District Nuh under Sections 148, 149, 285, 302, 323, 324 and 452 of Indian Penal Code and Sections 25/54 of Arms Act was lodged about two months back but till date no effective investigation has been conducted and infact only few of the accused have been arrested.

Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and while refraining from making any expression as regards merits of the case or as regards veracity of allegations, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3-Superintendent of Police, Nuh-Mewat, Haryana to ensure that the matter pertaining to FIR No.204 dated 9.11.2019 is got investigated expeditiously in accordance with law, so that a final report is submitted thereupon at the earliest.
