RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition is for quashing of order dated 14.01.2022, passed by respondent No.3, Annexure P-14, dismissing appeal of the petitioner under Section 408 of the Haryana Municipal Corporation Act, 1994 against the order dated 16.12.2021 and the Show Cause Notice, dated 06.05.2019, passed by respondent No.2 vide which the petitioner was put to notice to vacate the demised premises situated in Khasra No.31, village Majri, Hadbast No.385, Tehsil and District Panchkula, wherein it has been running a furniture shop for more than 35 years, without appreciating the facts and circumstances of the present case and being violative of law, being arbitrary, illegal, and perverse.

However, the present case was adjourned sine die, to be listed after decision of CWP-15980-2022. On 29.01.2024, petitioner filed an application for listing the case as CWP-15980-2022 was decided.
