Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023 is for quashing the impugned summons/notice bearing Serial No.66 F-A to 66 F-D dated 09.01.2025 (Annexure P-12 to P-15), whereby the petitioners have been summoned to appear before the Court of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jagadhri in case DDR No.09 dated 30.12.2024, under Sections 126/169 of BNSS, 2023, registered with Police Station Jagadhari City, Haryana, along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom. 2.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition.
