Petitioner has filed this petition under Article 227 of Constitution of India for issuance of directions to the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Fatehgarh Sahib to expedite the trial in civil suit No. 28 dated 6.3.2010 titled 'Manindervir Singh versus Raja Rajinderpal Singh and another'.

Heard.

Suit has been filed by the petitioner and now the case is listed before the Trial Court for petitioner's evidence. Thus, now it is for the petitioner to conclude his evidence expeditiously so that the suit can be decided as early as possible. Hence, at this stage, no ground for interference is made out.

Dismissed.
