(ORAL) Through this revision petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, prayer has been made for setting aside order dated 13.03.2018 (Annexure P-5) of the trial Court, whereby application of the petitioner-defendant under Order 7 Rule 11 CPC for rejection of plaint, was dismissed.

Learned counsel inter alia contends that petitioner-defendant is ready to give a statement on oath before the trial Court that he has no concern whatsoever with the suit land described in the plaint by the respondent-plaintiff and, in case, concern of the petitioner-defendant is found in the suit land, in that eventuality, he is ready to relinquish his claim. In view of his above submission, petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court, who shall record the statement of the petitionerdefendant on oath to the above-stated effect and decide the suit of the Ravinder Singh 2018.04.27 15:44 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
