RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing and setting aside of impugned order dated 22.12.2021 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Faridabad, vide which the revision petition filed by the petitioner against the order dated 15.02.2020 passed by learned JMIC, Faridabad, has been dismissed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to avail alternative remedy as available to the petitioner under the law.

Allowed as prayed for.
