'4 526 Present writ petition has been filed for issuance of a direction to the Court of Civil Judge (JD), Panipat to decide the case bearing CS No.68/2022 titled as 'Tasvir Kundu vs. Atma Ram and others'.
This Court had issued notice of motion to the official respondents and sought a report from the Presiding Officer i.e. Civil Judge (JD), Panipat.
Report of the Presiding Officer dated 08.02.2024 has been received and the Court has perused the same.

Heard.
On considering the contentions raised by the petitioner and perusing the report of the Presiding Officer, the present petition is disposed of with direction to the Court, where the abovesaid suit is pending, to proceed with the case in accordance with law and decide the same expeditiously. The petitioner would be at liberty to take all his grievances/pleas as available to him including that of the jurisdiction and the limitation. The Court concerned would deal with the same in accordance with law.
