Respondent had filed the petition seeking ejectment of the petitioners from the premises in question. Learned Rent Controller vide order dated 26.10.2013 allowed the ejectment petition. Aggrieved against the said order, petitioners preferred an appeal and the same was dismissed by the Appellate Authority vide judgment dated 13.4.2015. Hence, the present petition by the petitioners-tenant.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that he does not press the revision petition on merits and prayed that the petitioners be granted time upto 30.11.2015 to vacate the demised premises as he was in possession of the premises in question for a number of years. In view of submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this revision petition is dismissed on merits. However, the petitioners are granted time to vacate the demised premises on or before 30.11.2015. Civil Revision No. 3133 of 2015 (O&M) -2to filing of an undertaking by the petitioners in this regard before the learned Rent Controller within 15 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and on making payment of the entire arrears of rent, if any due, within a period of 4 weeks from today and shall also keep on paying the rent of ensuing months up to 30.11.2015 to the respondents on or before 10th of each calendar month.
