*** Daya Chaudhary, J. (Oral) The petitioner by way of filing the present revision petition has challenged impugned order dated 02.03.2017 (Annexure -5) passed by the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Panipat only on the ground that the said order has been passed without any application of mind and he was not conveyed anything.
In the impugned order, simply it has been mentioned that counsel for defendants No.1 to 10 has appeared and suffered statement that he has supplied all the documents whereafter adjournment was sought, which was allowed.
However, said order has been challenged but no ground has been mentioned in the petition. It is also not clear as to whether the petitioner has challenged the acceptance of request of adjournment or the order, which is contrary to his interest. In case, any clarification is required, the petitioner is at liberty to move application before the concerned Court. Dismissed.
