*** Ritu Bahri, J. (Oral) Petitioner has challenged order dated 21.11.2020 (P-13) whereby he has been dismissed from his service while he was on probation, pursuant to Section 11(2) (a) of notification dated 28.03.2018 for Group-D employees.

The petitioner has been dismissed from service keeping in view the fact that he was absent from duty for a period of 152 days after joining on 01.02.2019. The petitioner has given explanation that he was absent from duty as his father and mother were ill on different intervals. Notice of motion.

Mr. Pankaj Middha, Addl. AG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of respondent-State.

Learned State counsel has informed the Court that the petitioner has remedy of appeal before respondent No.3 against the impugned order dated 21.11.2020.
