In view of the specific prayer made by learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner for withdrawal of the main case and in view of the reasons mentioned in the instant application, the same is allowed and the main case i.e. CRM-M-2089-2025, which is presently fixed for 19.3.2025 is preponed and is taken on board today and the main case itself is hereby dismissed as withdrawn.
