The petitioner seeks for hearing on his plea for enhancement of maintenance before the Appellate Court where the appeal is now pending. She is at liberty to move an application for enhancement of maintenance and if such a plea is made before the Appellate Court, it will consider the same without in any way being fettered by the determination of maintenance already passed by the trial Court.
