(Oral) After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court for withdrawal of the present revision petition with liberty to move an appropriate application for withdrawal of the application for sending the pronote and receipt dated 30.4.2013 to Central Forensic Science Laboratory, Hyderabad for determining the age of ink of signature of Raghbir Singhdefendant on the alleged pronote and receipt, being premature. Ordered accordingly.
