**** SANDEEP MOUDGIL , J.(ORAL) This is a petition under Section 528 BNSS, 2023 for issuance of a direction to official respondents for conducting fair and proper investigation in FIR No.274 dated 28.06.2024 (Annexure P-1) under Sections 406, 420, 465, 467 and 471 IPC registered at Police Station Zirakpur, District SAS Nagar, Punjab.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he will be satisfied in case a direction be issued to respondent No.3-the Senior Superintendent of Police, SAS Nagar, District SAS Nagar, Punjab, to look into the representation dated 07.01.2025 (Annexure P-7), within a time bound manner.

Without adverting to the merits of the case and in view of the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioners, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 3-the Senior Superintendent SANGEETA 2025.01.24 10:27 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRM-M-2981-2025 of Police, SAS Nagar, District SAS Nagar, Punjab to look into the representation dated 07.01.2025 (Annexure P-7) and decide the same in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order. The order so passed be conveyed to the petitioners within one week thereafter.

In the afore-said direction, the present petition stands disposed of.
