Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C., is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case bearing FIR No.73 dated 13.04.2023 registered under Sections 336, 323, 506, 148 & 149 IPC and Sections 25 & 27 of Arms Act at P.S. Jandiala, District Amritsar Rural. 2.

Learned State counsel on instructions from investigating officer of concerned Police Station submits that in compliance of order 31.01.2024, the petitioner has joined the investigation and is not required for any further investigation. 3.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petition is allowed. Order dated 31.01.2024 passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, is hereby made absolute. However the petitioner shall keep on joining the investigation as and when called upon and shall abide by all the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
