(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that instead of addressing the arguments on merits, he has confined his relief for issuing a direction to the trial Court to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible as the suit filed in the year 2014, is slated for plaintiff's evidence. Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection, in case, such direction is issued.
