Whether Reporters of local papers may be allowed to see the judgment ?
2.
To be referred to the Reporters or not ?
3.
Whether the judgment should be reported in the Digest? -.- K. KANNAN J. (ORAL) 1.
The petitioner contends that despite several opportunities granted when he could not examine all the witnesses and the Court was closing the evidence and posted the case for examination of an expert. He is at liberty to approach the very same court to explain as to why he could not produce all the witnesses on the day when it was originally posted and when the court restricted the further hearing only for examination of expert. If the petitioner makes out a good cause for his inability to bring all other witnesses and the relevance of their testimony before the Court, the Court will consider the same and pass appropriate orders including a right to get them back as witnesses examined. The discretion will be exercised by the Court on the basis of facts disclosed by the petitioner.
2.
The revision petition is disposed of with the above observations.
