The counsel for the petitioner says that he will renew his application under Order 33 CPC by filing the schedule of properties to be described as nil in the manner required under the provisions of the Civil Procedure Code and if such an application is filed with details, the Court is directed to consider the same.

The civil revision petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the Court to make good the deficiencies pointed out in the impugned order.
