The petitioner apprehending arrest in the FIR captioned above, had come up before this Court under Section 438 CrPC seeking anticipatory bail. 2.

Petitioner's counsel submits that he has voluntarily complied with the previous order dated 13.09.2023. He further submits that he shall not take such declaration as self incrimination, violation of Article 20/21 of the Constitution of India or any other fundamental right/law. He also submits that the co-accused have already been released on bail.

State counsel does not dispute the contention made by counsel for the petitioner. 4.

Given above and considering the nature of evidence against the petitioner, interim order dated 18.01.2023 is made absolute. Consequently, the petition is allowed. Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
