**** AMIT RAWAL, J. (ORAL) Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that in pursuance to the order dated 21.04.2017 and 03.04.2018, an amount of `50,000/- has been deposited and the warrant of arrest has become unexecutable. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that during the interregnum, property of the judgment debtor has been sold for realization of the decreetal amount and he intends to file objection to the auction proceedings.
