G.S.SANDHAWALIA, J. (Oral) This order shall dispose of two civil revision petitions i.e. C.R. Nos. 2809 and 2815 of 2019. For reference, C.R. No. 2809 of 2017, Amarjit Singh vs. Santokh Singh and another is being taken up. Counsel submits that he does not wish to oppose the findings which have been recorded by the Courts below regarding the lack of bona fide necessity and due to which the relief of ejectment has not been granted. He, however, submits that there was a finding recorded under issue no. 1 on the ground of non-payment of arrears of rent and there was an order to deposit the arrears and the petition would be deemed to be dismissed if the amount was not paid within a period of two months as per the order of the Shivani Gupta 2017.04.24 16:26 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh

C.R. No. 2809 of 2017 (O & M) Rent Controller, Derabassi dated 24.04.2014. He accordingly prays for liberty to seek remedy regarding the non-payment of rent in accordance with law. Resultantly, the findings as such on the issue of personal use and occupation are not interfered with as having not been pressed. Accordingly, the revision petitions stand disposed of with the above said observations.
