Limited prayer made by Mr. Jagga at this stage is that during the pendency of the petition, a new Policy was issued on 25.08.2020. His case may considered under the same.

We have proposed to learned counsel appearing for respondent no. 2-Bank whether case of the petitioner can be considered under the said Policy. He submits that in case petitioners make a representation within a week from today, same shall be considered and a speaking order shall be passed within a week thereafter subject to the eligibility. He further submits that an opportunity of hearing shall be granted to one of the petitioners. In view of above, no further order needs to be passed. Petition is hereby disposed off. Needless to observe that in case any fresh cause of action arises, petitioners shall be at liberty to avail remedy available under the law.
